Easter 2013

We had a really fun Easter this year.  There was an Easter party with KPA.  (Sorry, forgot to take pictures)  It was fun, but the funny thing is that while we were dying our eggs one egg accidentally fell and cracked.  Yolk went all over - it hadn't been boiled.  We discovered over the following week that about 1/2 of the eggs that they gave us to color hadn't been dyed.  Kinda makes making your egg salad a little tricky when you don't know if it has been cooked or not!
We also colored Easter eggs at home.
The next morning we had a quick Easter egg hunt before church.
I love Easter Sunday.  Church was wonderful, the choir sang - and we even had a good turn out!  It was just a great day.
And, yes, I'm that obnoxious mother/wife that gets the whole family all matchy matchy.  It's a great excuse for me to take on a good sewing project.  I sewed the girls' dresses and my skirt.  And I sewed matching ties for the boys.  Jerry lucked out and we just bought him a matching tie.  Yes, very corny - but it made me happy.
